Production

Over the years SOFA has been growing steadily in products and sales. This year we had a sales of more than Rs 1.49 crores. Our main income comes from the premium certified turmeric that we produce (this years maximum curcumin content was 4.89). Our main concertation is on millets which we procure from our surrounding organic certified farmers at a rate 5 - 10% above market rates - and then value add them to make the many products that we have. Since the farmers grow them, they also consume them in their daily diet and this has had a visible beneficial influence on family health.
